A factory, not a trading desk.
HATCH designs, builds and tests power and cooling infrastructure in Shenzhen. We own the engineering, the assembly line and the test bay — which is why we can commit to a date and a performance figure in writing.

Who we are
Infrastructure is judged on the day it fails.
HATCH started in 2012 building UPS systems for a regional telecom operator that had been let down by imported equipment with no local service. The lesson stuck: a data center is not a product you buy, it is a system you have to live with for fifteen years.
Today we manufacture five product families — UPS, in-row cooling, micro-modular pods, containerized data centers and containerized liquid cooling — under one roof. Because the power, the thermal envelope and the enclosure are designed by the same team, the interfaces between them are ours to guarantee, not yours to arbitrate.
We are not the largest manufacturer in the market. We are one of the few that will publish a factory acceptance test record, a single-line diagram and a spare-parts commitment before you place the order.
Milestones
Fourteen years of building
the unglamorous parts.
Founded in Shenzhen
First product: a 20 kVA tower UPS for a provincial telecom operator. Twelve people, one assembly line.
Precision cooling added
In-house development of the first in-row DX unit, driven by customers who had run out of floor space for room CRAC.
Modular UPS platform
The HP33 architecture launched, moving from monolithic blocks to hot-swappable 50 kVA modules.
Micro-modular pods
First MicroCube delivered to a European manufacturing plant; the pod format becomes our standard for sites under 250 kW.
Containerized data centers
40 ft pod line commissioned with a dedicated load-bank bay; first multi-megawatt campus order in the Gulf.
Liquid cooling programme
Containerized CDU and immersion tank development begins in response to GPU cluster demand above 30 kW per rack.
1.8 MW liquid deployment
Containerized CDUs commissioned for an AI research laboratory in Singapore at 45 °C facility water.
Capabilities
What we do in-house
Sheet metal, busbar, harness, assembly, firmware configuration and full-load testing — all under one roof, which is what makes a six-week container lead time possible.
Power engineering
Single-line design, protection coordination, battery sizing and harmonics studies for 1 kVA to 1.2 MW systems.
Thermal engineering
CFD modelling of halls and pods, coil selection, airflow balancing and free-cooling hour analysis by climate zone.
Enclosure fabrication
ISO-frame modification, PIR insulation, C5-M corrosion protection and IP55 weatherproofing in-house.
System integration
Racks, containment, busway, fire suppression and DCIM assembled and wired as one tested unit.
Test & compliance
Four load-bank bays, dielectric and earth-bond testing, plus IEC 62040 and CE conformity documentation.
Lifecycle service
Remote diagnostics, preventive maintenance, spares stocking for eight years and operator training on site.
Quality
Documented, tested, traceable.
Every unit leaves with a serial number, a test record and a revision-controlled drawing set. If a component is changed, you are told which units it affects.
Where we work
Export markets
Delivered projects in 32 countries across the Middle East, South-East Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Documentation in English as standard; Chinese and Arabic on request.
