Talk to an engineer, not a call centre.
Tell us what you are building — rack count, density, redundancy target and site conditions are enough to start. We reply with a sized configuration, the relevant datasheets and a budgetary price.

Questions we answer every week
Rack count and kW per rack, redundancy target (N+1, 2N), the cooling source available on site
(ambient air, chilled water, condenser water), ambient design conditions, required delivery date
and the destination country. A sketch or single-line diagram helps but is not essential.
Yes. We ship to 32 countries, normally FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your port. Commissioning is either
performed by our field engineers or supervised remotely for partners and EPC contractors, with
written test procedures and a signed handover record.
Standard warranty is 24 months on the complete system, extendable to 60 months. We stock critical
spares (power modules, fans, control boards) for a minimum of eight years after end of production,
and offer remote diagnostics through the same SNMP/Modbus interface used by your DCIM.
We manufacture under OEM and ODM agreements for integrators and EPC contractors, including
private-label enclosures, documentation and monitoring portals. Minimum volumes apply — ask us for
the current programme sheet.
Yes. Most retrofits use containerized CDUs connected to the existing facility water loop, feeding
liquid-ready racks row by row. We survey the existing plant, confirm the available water temperature
and flow, and phase the work so air-cooled racks keep running during the transition.
