45 °C Facility water
LiquidCube CDU Container — Containerized coolant distribution for 0.5–2 MW GPU clusters

Overview

Why this system exists

Direct-to-chip cooling moves heat out of the rack at 60–80 °C in the secondary loop, but someone still has to build the plant that rejects it. The LiquidCube CDU container does that in a 20 ft frame: two to four coolant distribution units in N+1, plate heat exchangers, pumps, filtration, expansion vessels and leak detection, all pre-piped and pre-tested.

It connects to the customer's facility water loop on one side and to up to 24 liquid-cooled racks on the other. Flow, pressure, conductivity and differential temperature are monitored per loop, and the control system will isolate a leaking secondary circuit without dropping the IT load.

Positioning. Containerized coolant distribution for 0.5–2 MW GPU clusters. Configurations are built to order — capacity, redundancy, enclosure rating and monitoring can be specified for your site.
