Overview
Why this system exists
The MD pod is the middle ground between a single cabinet and a container: four to twelve racks, in-row cooling, a modular UPS frame, busway power distribution and end-of-row containment — all designed together, built in the factory, and delivered on a single power and network interface.
Because the pod is pre-engineered, the civil works on site are limited to a slab, a power feed and a cable entry. Typical deployment is two weeks from delivery to live load, and the pod can be expanded by adding racks to the row without redesigning the cooling or power distribution.
